Processing
Monthly mail is prepared and shipped during the last week of each month. If you subscribe after the monthly cutoff date, your first envelope may begin with the following month's edition.
Ex. If you sign up after June 30th, you will receive the August issue.
Shipping Methods
Orders are mailed through USPS using traditional postage stamps. Snail mail cannot be tracked, so tracking numbers are not available.
International orders may be transferred to your local postal service once they arrive in your destination country.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Typical estimates are:
United States: 3–14 business days
Canada: 1–3 weeks
International: 2–6 weeks
These are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Customs & Import Fees
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
Delays
Postal delays may occur because of:
Weather
Customs processing
Holidays
High shipping volumes
Postal service disruptions
The Monty Mail Club cannot guarantee delivery dates once mail has been accepted by the postal service.
Incorrect Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before your next billing date.
Mail returned because of an incorrect address supplied by the customer may delay delivery times.
Lost Mail
If your mail appears to be lost, please contact us at montymailclub@gmail.com.
We'll do our best to help and evaluate each situation individually.

Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account.
*Your cancellation will prevent future renewals but will not refund payments that have already been processed.
Refunds
Refunds may be considered in limited situations, including:
Duplicate charges
Billing errors
Orders that cannot be fulfilled due to an error on our part
Damaged Mail
If your mail arrives significantly damaged, please contact within 14 days of delivery.
Whenever possible, include photos so we can evaluate the issue.
Lost Mail
Unfortunately, once mail has been accepted by the postal service, delivery is outside our control.
If your mail has not arrived after a reasonable amount of time, please contact me. I will do my best to get your mail shipped to you.
Incorrect Addresses
We cannot issue refunds for mail sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
